Every 3 years, Kaiser Permanente undertakes a strategic
planning process, collecting and analyzing health data
to assess community health needs in order to know how
we could best help improve the health of our communities.
The Grants Program provides the opportunity to collaborate
with locally focused organizations and agencies that
provide direct services, or impact public policy related
to improving the health and well being of our communities,
based on the Medical Center’s local funding priorities.
