GRANTS:

Every 3 years, Kaiser Permanente undertakes a strategic planning process, collecting and analyzing health data to assess community health needs in order to know how we could best help improve the health of our communities.

The Grants Program provides the opportunity to collaborate with locally focused organizations and agencies that provide direct services, or impact public policy related to improving the health and well being of our communities, based on the Medical Center’s local funding priorities. more info...

Community Benefit Report: "Toward Total Community Health Report"

For more than 60 years, we have shown our commitment to improve the health of the community through a variety of Community Benefit programs and activities. We take on these social responsibilities because we believe it is our obligation to strengthen our neighborhoods and communities. We encourage you to partner with us in helping our communities thrive. Information regarding our community grants as well as other Community Benefit programs is included in this report. Please join us in discovering how Kaiser Permanente helps the Santa Clara community move "Toward Total Community Health."
